Directions

  1. Drain the blue crab well.
  2. Mix all ingredients except the romaine with a spatula.

Looks good - I just can't have spicy foods so I'll leave out the hot sauce...

Great for the induction phase. Maybe if you used FF mayo the points would drop a bit? But I think not much.
