Hey Bill. I went to your blog site Friday and am very impressed. Yesterday, I baked the Keto Bread with Almond Meal. I'm enjoying a warmed up slice with butter as I am typing. I used my food processor to ground up natural almonds instead of buying almond meal. Do you ground up your almonds or buy a bag of almond meal?

LOL. I actually ran myself out of water... super dehydrated and body water percentage down to 50 percent. But at least I know what's body fat and what is body water now... but I'm fully satisfied on the lower calories. One more day of this and then I get to get back to some cals and keto!
