Unusual updated weight entry as some laxative tea lost me another pound today!
97.4 kg Lost so far: 50.0 kg.    Still to go: 4.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Thanks, Ches. An hour of studying my logs for the past six months made it clear to me I need to drop my intake to 1650 calories per day. Then I'll join you in the low 200s eventually!

Great to hear Bill!! You and several others here have earned a huge "hall pass" battling with your physical setbacks while staying the weight loss, maintenance course (as best you can!!). Hope I can be as diligent when the inevitable health issues come my way.

Awesome, Draglist! MCT oil in my morning coffee help my regularity. I think weight loss tea is pretty much a laxative. I tried it and had abdominal pain but in the morning evacuated a lot. I don't like using laxatives. My doctor told me to take Miralax if need to soften stools. It works by holding liquid in bowls to soften. If I take it daily my stools become too soft. Too much information?

Thanks, everyone! I'm finally onto something with the slimming tea. Yes, it has Senna in it but with the medicine I take (which causes extreme constipation and water retention), it seems to counter that very well. I'm also doing Sennakot pills and magnesium citrate. I think the tea will allow me to drop the Sennakot.
