Woke at 216.4, up .2 from yesterday. Another quiet day at home with my Lasix! Targeting 1537 calories to catch up to my 1830 per day monthly goal. Made some iced tea from the Slimming Tea my sister recommended and it seemed to work great yesterday. UPDATE: Another slow day but moving a good bit of water. Got to 215.8 before dinner, which almost gets me back to last weekend's weight. Jason surprised me with a huge "Unwich' from Jimmy John's sub shop. Their biggest sub but just not on the bread. FS had it in the database and it was 700 plus calories but very good on net carbs and so I'm at keto levels again today. Mostly caught up on calorie goal. UPDATE: OK, here is a wild one. The two large glasses of water I drank today were actually the slimming tea. And after dinner, they attacked! Suffice to say, I got an updated weigh in later in the day and I was down to 214.8! (I'm still taking my calories down to 1650 per the other post I just made).

Don't track your weight daily, you should have a habit to weight in 2-3 times per week, as sometimes weight goes up because of body water or digestion problems, it goes away quick as well, but these minor changes may have emotional impact on you.

Don’t want to burst your bubble but let’s see tomorrow after all the sodium in the bread free cold cut sandwich. They always get us some how. I have a significant problem with fluid retention: Chronic Venous Insufficiency. I aim for two qts of liquids a day and yes I’m on Laski’s 20mg. When I have greater then 2+ edema in my legs I have to take an extra 20 mg. I’ve worked all week to take the 1/2 lb. of fld.off and essentially have had 0 loss for 2 weeks with a lot of edema. My protein intake is better than good. Waiting on check up. B/P and HR down with >50lbs. loss. Just want the last 7 gone too! We’re never satisfied.
