Morning weigh in of 204.6 showed benefits of 1300 calorie deficit and 30 minutes of treadmill 'hill climbing' last night. Christmas party today but will limit intake to meats, cheeses, veggies, and a few drinks. If none of that is available, I brought almonds and a protein bar as backup.
92.8 kg Lost so far: 54.6 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.

OMG that's fantastic. That wee gizmo has really paid for itself when it told you that you weren't working hard enough. I'm so pleased for you. Proud also of course. It's snowing like a banshee here. What about DC?

Draglist, so glad you got the HR monitor going. It's amazing what a difference having those accurate numbers can make. You've done amazingly well these past few weeks getting down. You should be really proud of your accomplishments!

Hi, Mya, Kattay, Mrsmole, and Ski! Just got home and ready to eat everything in the house but will hold off! Had 2 oz. each of roast beef and ham plus maybe a quarter cup of green beans at the party. But had a solid five beers, a few scotches, and a few fireball whiskeys as the night went on. Ate the rest of the turkey chili and another protein bar when I got home. Weighed in at just over 205. Not bad!
