Right according to plan, I woke up at 201.4. Went to the dentist, and THEN got a haircut, did a bit of shopping at the drug store and veggie stand, and then came home and did a hard hour on the treadmill. Did a refreshing dip in the pool and a little pool maintenance. Came in and got on the Tanita and... 198.0! Holy crap! At the risk of sounding immodest, I think I'm getting this down to a science! Several days ago, I predicted that according to my Easter overeating and subsequent water loss, I would hit the 190s again on July 26. Pretty amazing that it worked out to the exact day. Now, I'll continue towards 10 percent body fat and a final target weight of 192. That will always be the goal, no matter how long it takes to get there. Have a great weekend!

Great job, loosing weight is hard work. It has not been a picnic for me but I am getting better at being vigilant about loosing the extra weight. Started at 236 and now I am at 155.

Thanks, ChicaLean! Haha, JWill... I was a little more in control of this than the lottery! Hi ChrisSpark. This was my plan all along. Using the BodyWeightSimulator app, I targeted a specific calorie goal to get me back where I wanted to be and it worked out. That app (and its earlier website version) is what lost me the weight and I swear by it. Thanks, Deb! Thanks Jenn! Yes, I think I finally understand the numbers!
