Delicious day of eating lots of fresh fruits, veggies, and even some turkey burgers on toasted buns. Added a protein smoothie to get the protein close to the carb number. That took me over calories by 250, but we'll deal with it!

can i ask why your protein and carbs are so differant? i find mine are around the same number- am i doing something wrong?
