Great weigh in after several days of doing very well on my eating plan and working out. Listening to music has made all the difference in getting to the gym and getting through the workouts with less boredom. Thanks to all for the great ideas and inspiration.
100.7 kg Lost so far: 26.3 kg.    Still to go: 33.1 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.

i like music for walking, it helps me keep my pace up. for rowing, i like audiobooks even more than movies or tv. it's all about making it fun and productive.

I love the Walkman that I take to they gym. It does help with the boredom. Sometimes I don't like the music that they play there so I have what I like.

Oh yeh. Music helps me tons working out too. I've been using it so I stop looking at the little timer when doing cardio. What a huge difference. I've been listening to 7 songs (usu betw 21 and 28 mins depending on the song length), and only then looking at the little timer to see how much more I have to go. Then if I have to, I add another song or two. Works great!!! Keep rocking, @MM!

I say music that's my ace in the hole, just some ordinary rythm and blues, some basic rock and rock, you can sit on top of the beat you lean to the side of the beat you can hang from the bottom of the beat but you've got to admit that the music is sweat... -paul simon-

Money by The Flying Lizards. Add it to your playlist. Don't listen to it until you're in the gym if you don't know it. Tell me if you had problems with your bladder.

Yaaa great. Isn't music wonderful. I have started to walk around the business complex and listen to music and it gives me LIFE!
