Met calorie goal. Walking Binky-pup 10, 30 Bike 12 Stretching 25
Big loss...happy.
Got a cramp in my leg halfway through the stretches. Proud to have done 50 raised lunges in each leg and my bridging, which are the harder ones for me. Tried to work out the cramp on the bike and it IS better, but not gone. Did not get to monster walk or lateral walk with bands, but DID do all of my floor work.
Hope all of you had a better day reaching your fitness goals. Onward, friends.

Try a swig of pickle juice for the cramps. It helps replenish electrolytes.

You've inspired me! Hearing about your physical therapy exercises often made me actually DO four of my PT exercises yesterday. Haven't done them since the early summer! I've been faithfully walking every day, too, but no Binky-pup to accompany me!

If you’re not allergic to magnesium tablets they work so well for cramps and muscle relaxation. Also water and a banana.

Wow, thanks for the support. kellee416 my doctor told me about pickle juice...I did have some and that is why it got better (but not gone). najwa kale, I have to avoid potassium and can only take renal supplements...but the pickle juice is where it is at for me!

Note: I used to get cramps constantly during dialysis, but that stopped 2 1/2 years ago. We only pulled .5 kilo (my usual) today, and I didn't get the cramp until more than 8 hours after I left dialysis. Cramp might be related, but it is unusual to show up so long after. Hmmm. Will watch and see.

I was recommending magnesium not potassium

Thanks najwa...my current dietitian goes crazy when I suggest magnesium (although I actually agree with you and don't see the harm). She only wants me to use a renal approved supplement like Dialyvite. Going to research it anyway and go straight to the doctor again. Good idea. :0)

WTG Binky!! Sorry about the cramp--if it's still there try some heat on it to relax the muscles. Might help.
