H E L P!!! I can’t stop eating cupcakes 😫😫😫 They are all going into the garbage RIGHT NOW!!! So much for “removing temptation” for my sister 😭😭😭 I can’t be trusted 🤪🤪🤪

I’m safe guys 😅😅😅😅 I threw them away. And I’m at the gym. It suppose to be bench press day but I think I’m gonna do most reps with dumbbells today 😔

I was so tempted to go to the gym last night after work. But I can’t let myself do that (go crazy in the gym so I can go crazy in the kitchen) I’ve got to force myself to take a rest day. My eating has to take a rest too 😞

Excellent move. 💚 My husband requested a dark chocolate cake for his birthday. He ate one slice, ONE SLICE! I had to run it down the garbage disposal because it kept calling my name. 🤐😵🤐

Saw the problem- found a solution- followed through> Good work! I'm especially glad to hear you recognize the value of rest days. You're really on top of things @CrashtestDawnie! Long ago, a woman (I had only just met) told me that I had more respect for my trash can than I did for my stomach. Unfortunately, she continued to be correct for decades afterward.

Yeah sometimes things just have to be removed. It will all be good with your workouting. Hope gym day was a good day.

Cup cakes always seem like a good idea. If I would take one to work for lunch, that was good, right? But not when I'd get home and eat 6 for dinner. I tried freezing them to limited success - I would succeed when I forgot they were in the freezer.

Throw them away...!!.. I feel your pain..I did same thing with chocolate chip cookies my hubby brought home. Thought I would only eat 1..ya, that didnt last.. 💜💜💜

Thanks guys ❤️❤️ Tom that woman was very wise! I can’t count how many times I’ve eaten something so it didn’t go to waste when really it should just be trashed. Eriquaga dark chocolate?! That would have been even harder 😆

My workout went great!! All upper body 😃💪💪 Too bad I can’t do the same thing when I get to work! The second party I had was at work so there are cupcakes, pizza and a ton of chips lurking 😐 I will be having lunch in the office instead of the break room 😇😇 lol
