Finally a drop! After two solid weeks back on track.
63.0 kg Lost so far: 8.5 kg.    Still to go: 6.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Yeah that’s the problem! I stopped haha In January life got crazy and I slowly let go of all the good habits I had practiced for a year. It’s amazing how quickly the weight came back. Maintenance is so hard!
