Well, my weight fluttered up during the week, then back to where I started the week. No loss, no gain. I was good on my eating. This week I'll try to up the water and focus my eating only on meals, no snacks. Plus upping the exercise.
108.1 kg Lost so far: 18.9 kg.    Still to go: 17.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Great plan, @erikahollister! I'm also changing some things up this week, out of NECESSITY, since I actually GAINED! I hadn't had a gain in NINE weeks! Oh well, another chance to be "perfect!"
