Weighed myself this morning-lost 2 pounds! That's more like it. I hope it stays there or goes down again. I really want to get below 190. I walked 9,947 steps yesterday (it was a slow day at work), 5 flights of stairs, burning 2,208 calories, and eating only 1321 calories.
Working again today, we will see how busy it is tonight. Lunch with my Mom at our fav restaurant.
