Had a lovely weekend to celebrate my DD's birthday and my Granddaughter's 2nd birthday, no holds barred. I had a great time, but now back to reality again. Does anyone here do the food boxes, like Chefs Plate? I do Chefs Plate and find it a huge help as I don't have to plan for 3 dinners a week! I like cooking, just not planning.
I probably gained from last weekend, but I'm only weighing once a month now, so hopefully it will be gone by the end of June! Also still on Prednisone which doesn't help, but hopefully soon off it.

Gained a teeny bit this month, but was on Prednisone all month which apparently can cause weight gain, so that's my excuse. Hopefully I will be off the prednisone soon and will be able to be more active. Right now my doctor has me on rest rest rest, so no activity at all. But I'm hangin' in!

My new weight shows my gain since last April 2022. My weigh in in April 1, 2023 was 228.2. So I HAVE lost 4 lbs this month. I will take it!

The weekend is here! I have decided I need something to look forward to after being good all week, so I will increase my limit to 2000 cal from 1500 for the weekend, Today it means I get my favourite breakfast of Greek Yogurt, Granola and hot blueberries! I have pre-planned my day, and this breakfast brought me up to about 1700 cal. I don't eat fast food, I don't snack, so this little weekend exception will always be good healthy food and not junk. But it does give me something to look forward to and we all need that!
For some reason the pic turned when I saved, but this is so yummy!
