Thursday - work was slow again last night, big snowstorm! It keeps many away, but not all. 8,199 steps, 2 flights if stairs, 2,034 calories burned, 5.49 kms. I don't know how this fit bit counts flights of stairs, but i have stairs in my house, and I went up and down several times yesterday, not just 2. I wonder if it counts just up, or just down, or both? Anyway, I took in 1239 calories. Apparently it takes 3500 calories burned to equal a 1 lb loss. Since Monday I have burned 3,327 calories. We will see!
