It seems I just bounce around still under goal and still sometimes indulge in my favorite foods, and my life goes on and Dr. Took me off 1 more Prescriptions, and I'm DO N OK !!!
88.9 kg Lost so far: 104.8 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
