Woke at 212.0, up .6 after a big calorie day. Blood ketones were 1.1 millimolar, so approaching ketosis. UPDATE: Ate an avocado for breakfast and two cups of coffee. Had two foil packs of tuna, a small bag of pork rinds, and three cups of water for lunch. Then worked the rest of the day and got famished before dinner at 7:30 pm. Weighed 214.0, which was disappointment number one. I think the salt in the pork rinds got me. Eagerly measured my ketones based on what I had eaten, when I ate it, and how hungry I was. Got a .7 millimolar reading! Not. Happy. Somewhat backed up so doing some red wine tonight.

Red wine helps with regularity? Is that what you meant? I swear by magnesium citrate supplements. Salty snacks cause water retention for me too, and the scale goes up.
