Had to look up the carbs.. for 1 cup it's 9carbs with 4 fiber.. Not too shabby!!! This looks like the same WW soup. In fact it says WW points "ZERO"!!!! Thanks for the recipe and website.

Looks wonderful! I browsed through the rest of recipes and there are a whole lot of absolutely EVIL recipes there - some of which I plan on trying. :-) I just ate and now I'm hungry again. :-(

I looked because I want to make it and it will be semi-good for low carb. I have all of the veggies. I used to make the WW soup all the time. Thanks

Hi Draglist. You seem to have a good understanding of the weight-loss process. I have a question. This app has recommended that I eat 2100 calories per day but that seems kinda high. What do you think?

I couldn't find it. Maybe someone else could try. Sorry.

Bill - I couldn't find it using the search function but if I go to your food diary for yesterday, I can click on your soup and it says I can edit it, and I can also add it to my food diary. Which I did, just as an experiment. I then tried searching for it again, but it didn't work, even though I have it in my food diary! I think you should contact the site.

I agree. They seem to have a lot of data on foods individually. Ah well.
