Woke at 217.8, up 5.2 from yesterday. Got to pull out the big guns today. Nurse recommended that stuff you take for colonoscopy prep. It's a 5:2 IF day so lots of fluids and no food until dinner should do so the trick. UPDATE: Fasted until 6:30 and ate a dinner of brisket, broccoli, and macadamia nuts. Just over 600 calories. Downed a bottle of magnesium citrate and drank hibiscus tea all day (with 8 oz. of aloe vera juice tossed into the last glass). Waiting on nature to work, but nothing as of 9 pm. UPDATE: No relief as of midnight. I did my HIIT squats workout at 10 pm to stay on track with that. I then added three Dulcolax tablets and a cup of decaf followed by a cup of Smooth Move. Weigh in at midnight was an amazing 224.6! Ten more pounds of water in and nothing out. Going to get a lot of sleep and see if the combination of laxatives works overnight.
