Woke at 212.6, up 1.8 from yesterday. Still fighting the body on giving up some water and waste. Med drip in the morning and job fair in the afternoon. UPDATE: Came home from the job fair at 211.8. Ate a nice dinner before my 5:2 day tomorrow. Ate on calorie target. No workout today.
