Woke at 217.8, up 3.8 from yesterday and an amazing 15.0 in four days. Really went off the reservation last night after a few days of high carbs and sugar here and there. Will do a fat fast today with my only planned intake being coffee, water, and some coconut oil. Will be expanding my use of fasting for longer and more frequent periods. UPDATE: Fasted all day with a tablespoon of coconut oil in coffee at 9am, 12pm, and 8pm. Did an hour of treadmill at 3 mph and got back to 213.8. Have not started moving the water yet.
