Woke at 214.4, up .8 from yesterday. I think it's clear that my weekly meds are going to cause some weight gain/water retention. As I need to do the regimen throughout the summer, it's just something I have to deal with. Did not get in a workout yesterday, so that played into it as well. Will eat about 1651 calories today and do a workout. UPDATE: Finished a 16:8 fast, then wanted to get in some exercise. But surprisingly, my sitting all day yesterday had my leg muscles aching more than if I had worked out! I did 3 mph on my treadmill while I worked (see the other journal entry). I got on the scale afterward and weighed 210.4. I’ll take it! Had a nice “dessert” lunch of Greek Yogurt with vanilla protein powder, flax, chia, and sugar-free Blackberry Jam. Should be illegal to taste so good but be so healthy.

That's a great idea! Do you walk with the treadmill on an incline or flat? I'm thinking about adding the treadmill on an incline to my workouts and reducing the time walking around the indoor track.
