Woke up at 213.6, up 1.4 from yesterday as my weekly meds kick in. I'll be getting those on Fridays for the summer and it will be interesting to see the long-term diet effects. I'll stick to my calorie and exercise goals. Targeting 1607 calories today. UPDATE: Sat like a bump on a log all day. Total couch potato day working on the internet. Even took a two-hour nap. Hit calorie goal of 1611, but only burned 2424 calories. Did not weigh in again. Kept hydrating all day. Let's see what the morning brings.

Targets: 75 fat, 80 net carb, 165 prot, 40 fib, 1500 sod, 1655 cals
Ate: 56 fat, 90 net carb, 167 prot, 21 fib, 2904 sod, 1611 cals (2424 used, 813 deficit)
Running avg: 67 fat, 103 carb, 179 prot, 1656 cals (3066 used, 1410 deficit)
