Lost 2 pounds last week, and 2 the week before. Average calories per day was UNDER 1,800 (1,780). Doing a lot of motivational stuff - affirmations, visualization, meditation and applying the Law of Attraction. On my way to my new goal of 149 by 8/16/24.
