Happy Resurrection Sunday! Christ the Lord, is risen today. Hallelujah! Calorie restriction doing well. Have managed to keep under 1,800 every day this week. Will go over very slightly today, but average will still be under 1,800. Only got in 2.9 miles yesterday. Spent a lot of time getting ready for today’s Easter dinner. This is the first year we’ve had it at my house. My mother-in-law’s health and energy have gone down, so I didn’t even ask her (or my daughter) to cook anything for the dinner. We’re having Fried Chicken, Spiral Ham Rolls, Potato Salad, Deviled Eggs, Macaroni Salad, Corn Pudding and Rum Cake. I’m only having a chicken wing, 1 ham roll, a slice of rum cake, 1 deviled egg, and 1/3 cup each of the macaroni salad, potato salad and corn pudding.
