The past three days, I’ve been under 1,800 calories!! That’s a real accomplishment for me!

Highlandheather, I’ve given up Diet Coke entirely (ditched the caffeine when my psychiatrist said it was adding to my anxiety and stress). I’m now drinking caffeine-free sugar-free A&W Root Beer, but I’ve reduced from 12 cans a day to 8. My goal is to work down to drinking exclusively water. Thanks for asking!

Debbie, when I had slipped into a frequent thirst' for soda/pop because I wanted that fizzy thing, I remembered how refreshing the old Vermont cocktail was and switched. Made it easy (for me, we're all different). Equal parts raw/pure/real honey and Bragg's ACV in water to taste, hot, cold, or in between.

I do those 12 ounce sparkling waters with whatever flavor there is. they’re all 0 cal. I have these things called pure PUR Stevia sweeteners at all squeeze in there a little bit it works great.
