Ate under 1,800 calories yesterday. That’s my target goal for this week. Drank 5 bottles of water (prefer 6), only had 7 cans of A&W Zero, walked 6 miles, up to date on Bible reading. A very good day! Instead of making Tapioca Pudding (293 calories, which I have been eating several times a day for months), I made Sugar-Free Jell-O (15 calories in my 3/4-cup serving). When I get overheated from walking, I eat one of those, or drink a 30-calorie can of V-8, which only has 30 calories. I’m making little changes, and I’m expecting to reap big rewards!

so happy for you, little changes can lead to big losses. I quit drinking mt dew it lead to helping me loose 63lb so far along with other things..congrats on the good job of sticking to your plan.

Wow, Sara! That’s amazing. Great loss!!! I’ve drunk diet sodas for decades. No calories, but I was getting massive amounts of caffeine. I switched to root beer about a month ago, because it is caffeine-free and sugar-free.

Debbie, I try to limit myself to 1 A&W diet root beer, but I prefer the bottle, it is hard to find here, so if you see it, you got to buy 4, my job entails lots of walking so usually 5 miles min up to 10 a day. My fit bit just broke so I'm thinking about not replacing it, you have been a good ambassador for FS, keep at it.

I love sugar free Jello. They have sugar free Jello pudding, too. Both premade and boxed. Great for sweet snacks without high calories!
