What an accomplishment! Hurray for you! Having taken this long has helped you make it a lifestyle change, instead of a crash diet, where you'd put it back on again. Good for you!

Pam5775, I had to set mini goals at first. My pick was 10 lbs because that seemed doable, one day at a time. Too easy to become frustrated when I knew I had, and have, so much to lose. You can do this! I am rooting for you!

Thanks DairyKing, this was never about a crash diet, especially since being on FS. Those days were in my earlier years when I thought there was always a "magic bullet" on the market :), or in another piece of exercise equipment. I couldn't out run, or out exercise, a bad diet. Also, we all know what stress can do. Back then I didn't think I had so much to lose so I kept gaining without really paying attention. Hopefully, I am a little smarter now about losing this baggage and keeping it off.
