A police person to come check on me on my bd because phone mess up!!! You read that right! My new phone went black when I wasn’t using it! My old phone had started working again after it sat idle a couple of days. On a whim I plugged in back in and it actually recharged but goes dead unplugged. Yes, it’s the battery that lasted exactly the mentioned 3 years! On my old phone I called my SIL who is our tech guy. He told me how to reboot. Phone made a strange sound. Turns out this sound is an sos 911 call!! Phone was still black. SIL laughed. Said he’d be over in 5. As soon as I met him at the door he joked “showing your age!” The laugh was on him cause the phone did that noise again and police 👮 called. When I explained and apologized, it was just new phone issue he still came up to check on me. Second reboot did fix phone! So embarrassed 😊. But I did get company on my bd!! 😁

The phone story got a few reactions from me - first good on police for responding, if you were ever hinting at a problem they would be there to back you up. -second the phone trying to come back to life seems like it was struggling to celebrate one more bd with you - dang new tech is such a pain. Its suppose to make life easier but you spend half your time attempting to help it help you.
