I'd never in my life been concerned about my weight until 2020/2021.

In my younger years I was very fit from military, severe work, farming and then extremely tough daily exercising after those days had passed.

So I never thought about weight, and I also never judged others on it either.

Now that I'm overweight, it's time to pay attention for health maintenance.

Since I chose to bypass the ounce of prevention, it's time for a pound of cure.

I started portion controlling in a minor way by switching bedtime snacks to veggies instead of meal leftovers a couple of weeks before finding this app in mid August of 2021.

Using it helped me to make better food choices, and then add even more portion control (With only minor "grrrr's"!).

Then I discovered the computer version, and it seems that both the computer and phone versions each have their own "pros and cons".

While I'm certain not every week can be a win, FS's calorie counter shows some important calorie & nutrient information necessary to make informed choices that in turn help me loose weight!

I post pictures of my meals in order to show what works, and what doesn't.

If you post your meals too, maybe we can help each other!

So I'm hoping to find people with similar weights & goals of 250lb-350lb starts, with hopes of 60lb to 100lb losses...
...or more!

Everyone's story is different, but I can tell you that I'm ENJOYING my meals and loosing weight STEADILY!

Record your snacks and meals properly, watch your points, and pretty soon you'll start shedding pounds that dieters from other plans envy!
