What a hard won battle! Your loss has "gained" you so much!!! So few people can say they have continued on AFTER dropping 100 pounds! You kept going and are such an amazing example of continued success over years and years. I think you reached "goal" and went below in the spring, so I am so glad the rotten medication gain is behind you. You are one AMAZING, dedicated lady! 💙🤗👣👍 Cheering for you!

Awww ... Melissatwa you are a treasure. Thank you so much for your beautiful comments. I do keep chugging along. My low is 3 lbs away. I am confident I will get there. Then the meds thing will definitely be behind me. Longer term goal is 30+ lbs down from here. One day or week at a time. 🤗 Onward!
