Morning weigh in of 202.6 today. Will make more of an effort to hit my actual macros in addition to the daily calorie goal. Got pretty close yesterday. Got treadmill tonight.

Got two nice success stories from others to share. A fellow passenger on my commuter bus asked me about my weight loss several months ago and I shared my 'secrets' of calorie counting and calorie averaging with an appropriate RDI. This morning she said she was so happy to see me to report that it was really working for her. Also, my wife shared that she is down 40 lbs. and comfortably into a size 14 for the first time in a while. She's doing great.

Congrats for being a great inspiration for the fellow bus passenger! And congrats to HER as well. Your wife obviously felt the time was right. Something clicked. Hopefully it happens for all of us at some point. I will say that for us (just husband and I here) it's been substantially easier when we're both eating the same things. He eats a few things that I don't and more of some things than I do but most things are pretty common between us. Makes shopping much easier! Also, makes choices of where to eat out a lot easier too.
