Draglist's Journal, 04 Aug 14

Good day of eating despite having two pieces of birthday cake at work this morning. Ended up just 7 calories above my daily target of 1840 calories. Kept the carbs pretty much under control (even with the cake). Of course, gained some water as a result and up to 203.2, but let's see if we can't lose some of that by morning.

Bill, you working out more so that you can eat more just proves that you are an athlete. I would rather eat less and work out less. :)

Deb I agree 100% .. I would sooner give up food than work out that much. though if I had more time I cant say I wouldn't work out more. it does feel great the next day. its easier for me to give up cake than exercise for 20 minutes. I could never eat 1840 calories and exercise enough to balance it out. Draglist. is exceptional ....

lol well I'm only 4'11" so I have even less! 1800 calories on me would have nowhere to go but out lol
