I pretty much took a break all weekend. I wasn't worried about macros and just ate what I wanted and kept the overall calories in check. No damage was done, now back to the grind stone. Today I'll limit calories to 1400, might do the same tomorrow, we'll see. Going to get back to work at this with a jump start. Still targeting a 9 lb loss for June, I need to be serious to make that happen.

Calorie counting sucks the less breaks you take even when you feel you can't just don't take them keep the level of calories the same.

I did the same thing this weekend. Sometimes you just have to live a little, just keep it under control. The good thing is that doing this usually makes me extra motivated to have a strong week where I really stick to my macros. You’re doing good JMB!

I think it's awesome that even when you took a break this weekend you still kept your calories in line! That shows lifestyle changes and that's great! 9lbs? You got this!
