Sunday I went out to dinner with my son. He took me to a new place that opened Mr & Mrs. Crab Shak. I went off my diet. I had fried everything. lol The scale is not gonna get me today. it was the first time since I started that I allowed myself to not record my food. I started looking up what I was gonna order and then stopped and said, I'm going to throw caution to the wind.
So today, I'm back on track. Back to healthy fruits veggies and poultry and fish.

I did the exact same thing last week at Pappa's Seafood...got a fried platter. You can recover quickly if snags like that aren't a regular thing. You had special time with your son. Good for you. You can bounce back in a couple of days. :0)
