Tuesday night: going shopping. I have a list of foods that will give me an average intake of 955 calories, balanced. That way, when I eat out of the fridge, I will just log "Nov 19" and anything else will be added on top of that. Planning to cook tonight and prep some things, namely chili and some baked fish for tomorrow.
No bread or alcohol on this list. Cleaned out the fridge yesterday also in prep for this.
