Well, the move is done! On to figuring out what to do next! The gym assessment says I am in fair shape. Not strong by any means but generally I could do all the tasks except the push ups. I have always been terrible at push ups.
Six weeks to reunion. Realized yesterday that I should probably to a couch to 5k walking/running plan based on the last reunion averaging 12000 steps per day. Go for it: get air! My old roommate used to say. I think it's a skiing reference.

Absolutely shocked at how discouraged I am with my weigh in. I weighed yesterday at 162.6 so was disappointed to see 164 today. I gotta do something that is going to work. I just don't know what that would be. I can see how people can get to the point where surgery is the answer.

Went for assessment at the gym, they can help me if I pay of course. The classes should cover what I need but maybe I will do the 4 week jumpstart class. Although for the same amount of money I could get a membership and training for 10 weeks at a gym a little farther away.
Decision overload.

Weighed in yesterday and didn't like the number but today seems more in line. Prepping food for today and keep at it.the next 3 days.
Did you know that jellied cranberry sauce is just sugar and cranberries boiled and strained? They don't add anything to the mix because cranberries have natural gelling in them.

Losing 0.1 kg a Week
12 April 2024
Wishing doesn't make it so. Stopped tracking this wee and seem to be on schedule for no weight loss. Will get it together for next week. Food tracking is the most important thing over the next two months to reunion. Thinking about drastic changes (super low cal ) but I don't like it and it doesn't work for me psychologically.
Probably best is meal prep for 3 or 4 days at a time, high fiber and high protein, that's what worked the past few weight loss weeks.
Been adding trips to the gym but I plan to focus on the food aspect and go to the gym when I can get into a class being offered.
