I’m aiming for 1525 calories tonight so I’m not sure what’s left. I did have a few whiskeys at a happy hour meeting. But I did drink some water then! I hate to use up all my calories with alcohol but hey at least I’m logging them!

hahaha...a few whiskeys, too funny. I dont know what your protein shakes are but the best tasting one I found is Pure Protien.

Hey imTari! I do Premier Protein. They are easy to find and 30 grams of protein for 160 calories. I'll check out Pure Protein if I can find them. Hey, Old Guy! We may have to catch a drink in DC. That is where I work. But this will have to keep me going until dinner tomorrow! Howdy AMT!
