hahaha...a few whiskeys, too funny. I dont know what your protein shakes are but the best tasting one I found is Pure Protien.

Nice meal Bill!!! I like Premier Protein too. Costco had them on sale last month and I got 8 cases. They make it easy to hit my protein goal more days a week but I prefer food...

Mmmm, tasty and healthy!! We had tenderloin, broccoli and scalloped potatoes last night....eating broccoli (even with butter) is like diet cheating, lol, satisfying yet low calorie.
