Woke at 212.6, up 3.2 from yesterday after a big eating and drinking night for Mother's Day. Did not sleep well. Was up at 3:30 am and never got back to sleep. Will fast until dinner. UPDATE: Went to the urologist this morning and had a good checkup. Went to work and had a 24-ounce Monster Zero Ultra energy drink to get me going and then 34 ounces of sparkling water in the afternoon. Came home at 216.4! I'm retaining everything that goes in! Ate the rest of the BBQ ribs and some collard greens, then finished off the remainder of two pints of Halo Top. That stuff is too good. I won't replace it. Have my podcast at 8 pm and then I'm going to grab some shut-eye!

My goodness, you are always busy. I can't keep Halo Top in the house either. Stuff is amazing. That said, you could do worse. I think I'm going to have "birthday cake" for my birthday. I'll be realistic and plan for the whole thing. Few months to go though.

I know just what you’re talking about! Mine is called food allergies. Can gain weight in a blink of an eye. Hopefully you will have a better day tomorrow.

I've never tried the halo top but I hear they are making a vegan one now 😮😒😜 I over-eat when I buy sweets though

That Monster is a monster. Sorry to preach; I used to drink it, but now won't touch the stuff. The chemicals in it affect the brain and make you retain water. Now, I drink coffee! Coffee! Where's my coffee! (Gotta go get it....)

Dear Draglist, Please PLEASE be careful and read up on those "energy" drinks. The chemicals destroy your heart and kidneys...look into it online!! I use green tea when I need a boost but not on a regular basis even. Green tea has other properties that fight fat too. Look into that, your body will work longer for you that way without breaking down earlier! Blessings for your health And success :)
