Woke at 209.4, down 4.2 from yesterday as I lost a few more from last night's post-whoosh reading! This is especially gratifying as I cheated last night and had some natural peanut butter and celery after midnight. Forgot to do ketones this morning but my goal is not continual ketosis but to enter it daily for as many hours as I can. HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY to all the great moms up here. I gave Denise a selection of Godiva chocolates and some other things. Glad to finally be at a place where I'm not tempted to sneak a piece! Will have both kids (27 and 24, LOL) in the house, so it will be a great time later. Have a super Sunday, everyone! UPDATE: Did 78 ounces of black coffee and water before dinner. Kept the water flowing through me all day and weighed in at 209.0 before dinner. Went out and got some take out BBQ ribs, whitefish, collard greens, coleslaw, and mac and cheese from our local BBQ joint. I enjoyed everything except the coleslaw and mac. Em and her friend Jones came over, so Denise had both kids in the house on Mother's Day for the first time in several years. We drank some red wine, played trivia, listened to music, and had a great time chatting. Just sent Em and Jones on their way and wrapping up for the night. Good day!
