Thought I should write a better bio or at least try. I'm just shy of 46 (in 4 days) and married. We have 12 furry children (1 cat, 11 dogs) on 42 acres out in no where. Its 60 miles to go grocery shopping, 20 miles to the post office and a quarter mile to mail box.
I'm hoping with this site I'll keep from getting discouraged to point I quit. Most of my weight is in the middle and being only 5 foot flat look like an oompa-loompa, but looks isn't the main reason I want to lose. I want to lose for health and energy.
I'm not looking at this as a diet but lifestyle change. I want to not only lose but keep the weight off. If I'm having this hard of a time now I can't imagine how hard it would be in 10 or 20 years. That's it for now.
