I'm 41, married, and mom to 3 adorable and spoiled kitties. I'm on my 5th week of the New Atkins, and have lost 10 lbs so far. I am feeling so much more energetic, more than I have in years. Stable moods because no bad carbs. I'm enjoying this way of eating and see it becoming a way of life.
