@Sharons Victory - Tums have 0 carbs. I take about 10 a day to balance out the sugar alcohol from the sugar free gum. The sugar alcohol in my protein powder is not a problem, but sugar free gum.. oh man... :)

Agree gz9gig. My husband and I both have come to the realization that it's just not an issue anymore. And when we overdo the carbs (hello 25th Anniversary) we were like "what just happened?l 😁
