Ingredients

  1. Peel leaves from a head of romaine lettuce and rinse them under cool water thoroughly.
  2. Rip the leaves (do not cut as this will cause the edges to brown) as a bunch into four sections and place them into a bowl.

  4. Following the tomato, cut cucumber into slices then stack the slices and cut in halves or quarters. Sprinkle on your salad.

  6. Drizzle with Italian dressing.
  7. Note: for added protein, consider adding tuna or turkey.
