Delicious, easy-to-prepare, low-carb dish.

Directions

  1. Mix everything except for the cooked shrimp and crab.
  2. Fold in the shrimp and crab meat.
  3. Divide the mixture into 4 portions on a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  4. Bake at 400°F for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
