Almond Flour Blueberry Muffins

These moist, healthy, and low-calorie muffins with a hint of lemon.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F
  2. In a bowl, mix all the dry ingredients except for the blueberries.
  3. Then mix wet ingredients in a separate bowl.
  4. Combine both mixtures and fold in blueberries.
  5. Pour the mixture equally into muffin tins.
  6. Bake in a preheated oven for 25 minutes.
