Chicken Soup (Low Calorie)
Low calorie yet filling soup.
Ingredients
Directions
- Place chicken thighs in dutch oven and cover with water. Simmer while preparing vegetables (about 20 min).
- Remove chicken from pot; remove bones, skin and shred.
- Return shredded chicken to pot, add remaining water, vegetables and seasoning. Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Bring to a boil for about 5 minutes, turn temperature back and let simmer until vegetables are cooked.
