Goat Cheese Stuffed Chicken
Goat cheese stuffed chicken with homemade balsamic glaze.
Ingredients
Directions
- Butterfly the chicken.
- Stuff soft goat cheese in chicken, and seal it with a toothpick.
- Rub the chicken with salt and pepper, and bake it in the oven for 20 minutes.
- To make balsamic glaze, add olive oil to a pot and add shallots. Wait until they’re translucent and then pour in balsamic vinegar. Bring to boil and turn to low for 10 minutes.
- Once reduced pour on top of chicken, and continue to bake at 375 for another 20-25 minutes until the chicken is no longer raw/pink.
