Directions
- Залить фунчозу кипятком на 7 минут. Слить воду и промыть прохладной кипяченой водой. Морковь, перец и огурец нашинковать на терке.
- Положить в миску овощи и фунчозу, добавить заправку и зелень, тщательно перемешать.
- Оставить настаиваться 2 часа. Перед подачей еще раз перемешать.
