Eine Alternative für Brot, wenn Sie essen Low Carb.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Eiweiß sehr steif schlagen. Quark, Eigelb, Chia-Samen und Salz gut verrühren. Eischnee unterheben.
  2. 8 Häufchen auf ein Backblech setzen und bei 165 Grad (Ober/Unterhitze) ca. 20-25 Min. backen.
  3. Evtl. mit Sesam oder Mohn vor dem Backen bestreuen.

könnte man nicht auf fettigeren quark nutzen ? ich bin in der anabolen diät und mir ist fett egal srpich es könnte bei mir auch der vollfett quark sein. die frage nun schmeckt es anders wenn ich anderen quark nutze ? lg xhenan
